Pick your institute, your times and your events. The daytime classes you're already in the building for — and the events you're going to anyway: the volleyball game, the choir concert, International Cinema.
Answer the questions your institute writes.Statements members propose and vote in — agree or disagree, which answers you'd accept, and how much each one matters to you.
We find someone who fits.Same building, same hour, and answers that line up with what each of you said matters. You can't browse anyone, and nobody browses you.
You both say yes.You get a day, a time and a spot inside. Pick what you'll be wearing — a blue shirt, a red jacket — so they'll know you. Nothing happens without two yeses.
Talk. You each tap "I've arrived," and the clock starts on both phones: ten, fifteen or twenty minutes, with a two-minute warning. After an event, you already have something to talk about.
Walk away.In separate directions. No phone numbers, no "next time" in person. Afterward, if you both say you'd talk again, we put you in touch.
The rules
01Meetings happen inside the institute building during the day, with other people around. Evenings only right after an event, at a named spot where it was held. The event isn't the date; the conversation after it is.
02The length is set ahead of time. The clock starts when you've both arrived.
03When it ends, you part in separate directions. He waits until she's gone.
04No numbers and no second-date talk in person. Follow-up happens later, only if both of you want it.
05No photos before a meeting. Things you can only learn in person stay in person.
The building is the filter. There's no ID check, because the only place a meeting ever happens is the institute.
Who it's for
Everyone here has already committed to the standards the institute asks of them — chastity, no alcohol. Those aren't settings you pick; they're the floor everyone stands on.
A friendship is a good outcome. If more comes of it, the goal is marriage.
We're calling one meeting a twenty for now — "I've got a twenty at three." Have a better name? Send it.
